I’ll be honest. I have been obsessed with all things fitness for over ✌️ decades. My “fixation” has not only led me to opening my own gym with my husband💍 (oh heyy, just living my dream life over here👋)…. But it has also provided me with the insight needed to SAFELY “sift through” all the weight loss products online (with a critical eye).
TOO MANY women fall **head over nike’s**👟👟 for gimmicky products & weight loss teas pushed by “instagram models” that have no REAL fitness/nutrition education. This inevitably results in mass MISeducation, and people like YOU lacking the results you deserve. 😥 The goal of my blog is to change that & put the power back in your court.
I mean who likes dieting anyway?
That’s why finding a program that actually works, and in REAL life situations is so important.

AN HONEST OPINION
In this LadyBoss 28 Day Challenge Review, I plan to share my (candid) opinion on Kaelin Tuell’s Ladyboss Lifestyle Weight Loss Program. I wanted to approach this with a fitness professionals mindset, so that I could truly see if this program stacks up to all the HYPE surrounding it. And let you know IF this program can deliver YOU the results before you join the challenge!
Who am I anyway?
If you just encountered my blog you may be thinking I am just another “fitness girl from the block” claiming to know her sh@t. Well, until we do get to know one another long term I will have to accpet your skepticism **wink**.
However I (humbly) think that I do “know my sh@t”#sorrynotsorry-xo and my mission is to share my thoughts with women who deserve honesty just like you.
Aside from me knowing what works, (and coaching tons of women on how to lose weight without losing their sanity)…..
I have also been right where you are right now.
➡️A frustrated dieter, who is about done with dieting, unless the program can actually deliver what it claims and without having to give up everything you enjoy in life to get those results.

SO WHAT IS LADYBOSS?
LadyBoss is a weight loss program that was created by IFBB Pro Card winner, author and fitness professional; Kaelin Tuell Poulin. Kaelin has lost 65 pounds, and has inspired millions of people to take on their own transformation through her platform LadyBoss Weight Loss.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE LADYBOSS 28 DAY CHALLENGE?
To be honest I was surprised at how much VALUE and support is provided. So many weight loss programs either focus solely on diet (and forget to outline what exercises should be done), or vice versa. This program delivered both of those items, plus so much more!
Here is a summary of all the support you get if you join the 28 day challenge.
Firstly was the interactive LadyBoss Pocket Personal Trainer web app. GONE are the days of forgetting your paper workout log at home, OR having to carry it to every workout station you do. This I feel made getting results super easy.
WORKOUTS FOR HOME & THE GYM, ALL STORED ON YOUR PHONE.
This is great too. I personally like having access to both as there are some days that I “just can’t” lolol, and this makes me feel less guilty for NOT getting to the gym everyday.
VIDEOS DEMONSTRATING EACH MOVE.
(I don’t know about you but when I first learned to squat/deadlift I was ALWAYS second guessing if I was doing it right, or if the person next to me was. Her videos take away that guessing and allow you to walk through the gym with confidence!
MEAL PLANS AND GROCERY LISTS THAT ARE UPDATED WEEKLY. And the great thing is Kaelin gets that food needs to be tasty for habits to last long term. I have always been a big believer in this. You can get results easily through deprivation, but without LONG TERM enjoyment, the results simply won’t last.

WILL YOU GET RESULTS?
As with ANY program the results you get are dictated by two things; the actual program, and your consistency.
With that being said this program GIVES YOU EVERYTHING you need to make those results happen, all you have to do is follow it.
The amount of transformations I have found from the LadyBoss 28 Challenge has been amazing.

Kaelin has created a program that touches on ALL of the most important elements for someone like you to succeed, and make it a lifestyle.
She is relatable, knowledgable and down right inspiring! The principles that teaches nutritionally & the training she suggests align perfectly with what I know to be quality from my 20+ years of being a fitness professional, and I would like to applaud her for debunking the BIG FAT LIES that the diet industry is constantly trying to sell us.
And for “comparative” sake I have also included how her program stacks up against her competitors.
